Dry stock

Definition

Dry stock is everything you sell that is not fuel: packaged goods, drinks, tobacco, snacks and other store merchandise.

Dry stock is counted rather than measured, and it is bought from many vendors, some of whom deliver and stock the shelves themselves. It usually carries a much higher margin percentage than fuel.
